Jamie Mills is a corporate paralegal at 137 Ventures. Prior to joining 137, Jamie was a legal secretary/paralegal at DP&F, where she supported the Business and Real Property Groups with a focus on entity formation, compliance, and M&A transactions. Previously, she served as the business paralegal at GVM Law, assisting with business succession planning and corporate general counsel matters for Napa Valley wineries. Jamie holds a BA with honors in criminal justice with a minor in forensic science from the University of Arizona. She also holds a paralegal certificate from the University of California, Davis.
